On August 4th, Williams was last seen leaving the 5500 block of Gwynn Oak Avenue in the Northwest District of the city. He was reportedly on his way to meet an individual in the area of Randallstown or the Liberty Reservoir.
After he failed to return home, his roommate contacted his parents, and his father reported him missing to the Baltimore County Police.
The days following his disappearance offered a grim discovery. The silver 2015 Buick Verano he had been driving was found abandoned on August 10, 2015, in the 2400 block of Elsinore Avenue in Baltimore City, roughly two miles from where he was last seen. The vehicle's recovery, however, yielded no immediate answers as to Williams's whereabouts. Investigators have stated they fear he may have been a victim of foul play, a sentiment that has grown as years have passed without any sign of him.
