Andre Stocks, a 22-year-old resident of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on July 13, 2016. The incident occurred around midnight near Hunterton Street and Blaketon Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found Stocks suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead on the scene.
