Aaron Moore, a 23-year-old Black man, was shot in broad daylight on Friday, September 2, 2016, outside a small store along York Road near East Cold Spring Lane in north Baltimore. In the middle of the afternoon, police were called to the block and found him down on the ground with a gunshot wound to the neck, the kind of injury that leaves little room for time or luck.
