James Allen Jr., a 26-year-old resident of Pocomoke City, Maryland, tragically lost his life on December 1, 2016. The incident occurred in the area of Fourth and Market streets in Pocomoke City, where Allen was shot multiple times. According to reports, he staggered into the middle of the roadway after being shot and succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
