Jamal Washington, a 38-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot on January 2, 2017. He was found with a gunshot wound to the head in the 4000 block of 8th Street in South Baltimore. Despite being rushed to Shock Trauma, Washington succumbed to his injuries the following day.
