On the evening of October 30, 2022, a tragic event unfolded in the city of Baltimore that resulted in the death of Marcus Lynch Jr., a 43-year-old Black male. At approximately 9:05 p.m., he was discovered on the 500 block of Bentalou Street, suffering from gunshot wounds.
