In the early morning hours of a Saturday in Baltimore, the city's peace was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of 27-year-old Maurice Walker and another man. On April 8, 2017, at approximately 6 a.m., police were dispatched to the 200 block of Pearl Street following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, officers discovered a grim scene.
