On April 9, 2023, at approximately 2:31 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 1600 block of Chilton Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 19-year-old Donovan Flood-Mims suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
