Shaquan Raymone Trusty, a 16-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, was fatally shot on April 13, 2017. The incident occurred in the 4000 block of Norfolk Avenue in the Forest Park neighborhood of northwest Baltimore. Police were called to the scene at approximately 8:45 p.m. and found Trusty with gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was transported to Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
