Charles Pugh, aged 48, tragically lost his life on August 31, 2017, in Edgewood, Maryland. The incident occurred in the afternoon when deputies from the Harford County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of shots fired in the area of Harrpark Court and Cedar Drive.
