Khalil Lephonzo Johnson, a 15-year-old from Edgewood, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on July 4, 2019. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 12:21 a.m., when deputies from the Harford County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting report in the 1900 block of Eloise Lane.
