On the evening of December 18, 2013, Sheldon Chase, a male, was found lying in the street at the intersection of 26th and Greenmount Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. First responders arriving at the scene discovered that he had sustained multiple stab wounds.
Medics immediately began to administer first aid to Mr. Chase before he was rushed to Johns Hopkins Hospital for further treatment.
Despite the efforts of medical personnel, Sheldon Chase succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The death of Sheldon Chase was ruled a homicide by stabbing. To date, the case remains an unsolved cold case. Law enforcement has not publicly identified any suspects in connection with his murder, and no arrests have been made. The investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death is ongoing.
