Ricardo Lyles, a 39-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot near his home on South Fulton Avenue on September 11, 2017. The incident occurred in the evening, and Lyles was found with gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead shortly after the shooting.
