In the quiet early morning hours of October 1, 2017, the body of 51-year-old Charles Wyche was discovered in an alleyway in District Heights, Maryland. Responding to a report of an unconscious man in the 6500 block of Kipling Parkway around 10:50 a.m., District Heights Police officers found Wyche suffering from a gunshot wound.
