Charles Wyche, a 51-year-old resident of Fort Washington, Maryland, was found shot to death in an alleyway in District Heights on October 1, 2017. The Prince George's County police discovered his body in the 6500 block of Kipling Parkway around 10:50 a.m. Wyche had suffered a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. The police did not believe this was a random crime and offered a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
