Allen Rowlett, aged 60, was tragically killed on June 24, 2016, in a shooting incident at a home in District Heights, Maryland. The incident occurred around 9:30 PM when a masked individual entered the residence and opened fire, resulting in the deaths of Rowlett, Carlina Gray, and Jan Marie Parks.
