Tony Anthony Mason Jr., a 40-year-old off-duty Washington, D.C. police officer, was tragically shot and killed on November 4, 2017, in Baltimore, Maryland. Mason was sitting in a parked car with a woman he had been dating when the incident occurred. The woman was also shot but survived the attack. The case remained unsolved for several years, causing significant distress and uncertainty for Mason's family and colleagues.
