Rose Dyer, an 88-year-old resident of Silver Spring, Maryland, tragically lost her life on December 13, 2017, in what authorities have determined to be a murder-suicide. According to reports, her 61-year-old son, Garvey Dyer, visited her apartment at 1400 Fenwick Lane on the evening of December 13.
