Chloe Summer Evans, an 18-year-old woman from Los Angeles, was tragically killed on October 25, 2019. The incident occurred in the Vermont Vista neighborhood of South Los Angeles. Chloe was riding in an SUV with two other individuals when another vehicle, described as a light-colored sedan, pulled up and opened fire.
