On a cold February day in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of 56-year-old John Townes Jr. was tragically cut short. On February 13, 2018, the male victim was discovered on the very same block he called home, in the 6100 block of Frandford Avenue. The cause of his untimely death was determined to be a shooting.
