Diarah Baxter, a 21-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost her life on April 10, 2019. Diarah was one of the victims in a double homicide that occurred in East Baltimore. The incident also claimed the life of Marcus Alston, a 20-year-old man, and left a 19-year-old male injured with a gunshot wound to the leg. The shooting took place near East North Avenue, and it was part of a series of violent events that shook the community.
