In the daylight hours of April 11, 2019, Levar D.T. Mullen, a 20-year-old male, was fatally shot in a violent attack in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident, which occurred in the 2800 block of Parkwood Avenue, also left three other individuals wounded. Mullen was the only one to succumb to his injuries.
