Levar D.T. Mullen, a 20-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on April 11, 2019. Mullen was one of four individuals shot in a violent incident that occurred in the 2800 block of Parkwood Avenue. The shooting, which took place in broad daylight, left the community in shock and mourning. Mullen succumbed to his injuries, while the other three victims survived.
