Isabel Villalobos V De, a 78-year-old resident of Halethorpe, MD, tragically lost her life on May 2, 2019, in a shooting incident at the Lansdowne Shopping Center. Villalobos was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire during an altercation between two men. The incident occurred when a suspect fired multiple shots at another man in the parking lot of the shopping center, but the bullets struck Villalobos instead. She was shot in the upper body and pronounced dead at the scene.
