Brea Sade Mitchell, a 23-year-old mother of two, was tragically killed on December 31, 2019, in Halethorpe, Maryland. The incident occurred outside her apartment on Twin Circle Way in Baltimore County. Mitchell, along with 25-year-old Antwan Xavier Jones, was found with gunshot wounds to their upper bodies.
