Death by Force

Jawan Dukes, a 36-year-old man from Baltimore, Maryland, was found shot inside a vehicle on June 13, 2019, just before midnight. The incident occurred in the 2000 block of Hollins Ferry Road. Dukes was transported to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The Baltimore Police Department identified him as the victim on June 17, 2019.
