Craig Phillips Jr., a 19-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on June 7, 2022, in a quadruple shooting incident. The shooting occurred around 6:30 p.m. in the 5500 block of Plainfield Avenue in Northeast Baltimore.
