In a tragic turn of events on a Saturday evening in Riverdale, Maryland, a shooting shattered the peace and left a community in mourning. Forty-year-old Curtis Mosley of Hyattsville became the victim of a fatal act of violence that would quickly lead to an arrest. On June 15, 2019, at approximately 7:45 pm, police responded to the 6000 block of Patterson Street after reports of a shooting. There, they discovered Mosley suffering from gunshot wounds.
