Taiwan Dashon Dorsey, a 21-year-old resident of Columbia, Maryland, tragically lost his life on July 20, 2019. On that day, Howard County Police responded to a report of a shooting in the 12000 block of Little Patuxent Parkway at approximately 1:28 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Dorsey suffering from a gunshot wound.
