Carlos Liverpoole, a 15-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2019. Carlos, who had recently graduated from Calverton Middle School and was eagerly anticipating starting high school, was found shot multiple times behind a home on Ellicott Drive.
