Karen Lovings, aged 51, tragically lost her life on August 30, 2019, in a quadruple shooting incident inside a home in Northeast Baltimore. The Baltimore City Police Department identified her as one of the victims in the shooting that occurred in the 1600 block of East 29th Street.
