Michelle Green, a 23-year-old woman from Baltimore, MD, was tragically killed on September 12, 2020. She was shot while sitting on a porch in the 2800 block of Clifton Park Terrace, along with 46-year-old Julie Rice. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. when a neighbor, Dandre Woods-Bethel, 24, opened fire on the two women. Woods-Bethel then called 911 to confess to the shooting and surrendered to the police upon their arrival.
