Colby Omar Woodard, a 32-year-old resident of Cockeysville, Maryland, tragically lost his life on October 2, 2019. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Cranbrook Shopping Center. According to reports, Woodard was shot in the parking lot and subsequently ran into the Quick Mart Dairy Store seeking help. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after, and paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
