Edrian Hernandez, a 34-year-old resident of Silver Spring, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on November 7, 2019, in District Heights. The incident occurred around 5 p.m. in the 6200 block of Hilmar Circle. Prince George's County police responded to a report of shots fired and discovered Hernandez unresponsive in his car with gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
