Derrel Blakney, a 19-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on November 30, 2019. On that evening, around 7:15 p.m., Baltimore City police responded to a call in the 100 block of South Loudon Avenue, where they found Blakney with a gunshot wound to the head. He was immediately transported to Shock Trauma, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries. This incident was one of two separate shootings that occurred in Baltimore that night.
