Sandy Dukes Santiago Campos, an 18-year-old resident of Annapolis, Maryland, tragically lost his life on December 4, 2019. Sandy was a sophomore at Annapolis High School, known for his honesty and creativity. He was working towards graduating in the Spring of 2021.
