In the winter of 2020, a young man's life was cut short on the streets of West Baltimore. Rayquiz Joseph, a 20-year-old male, was killed on Tuesday, January 21, 2020. His death was the result of a violent double shooting that also claimed the life of 24-year-old Darius Massey.
