Death by Force

Rayquiz Joseph, a 20-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2020. The incident occurred in West Baltimore, where Rayquiz Joseph and another victim, Darius Massey, aged 24, were found dead from gunshot wounds. The Baltimore Police Department responded to a ShotSpotter alert around 10:15 p.m. in the 2200 block of Winchester Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered the two victims in the rear of the 1200 block of N. Bentalou Street.
