On the evening of May 21, 2020, Randolph Watson, a 54-year-old male, was shot and killed on the 100 block of South Morley Street in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident, which occurred at approximately 9:09 p.m., also resulted in the injury of a 55-year-old woman. Watson was pronounced dead at the scene.
