Shiand Miller, a 23-year-old woman from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost her life on June 19, 2020. She was found unresponsive in the driver's seat of her car, parked in the 200 block of Boswell Avenue. Miller had suffered two gunshot wounds. Her three-year-old daughter, Shaniya Gilmore, was also found in the car, lying on the center console, having been shot twice as well. Miller was eight months pregnant at the time of her death.
