In the early morning hours of June 28, 2020, a dispute between two acquaintances in Suitland, Maryland, ended in tragedy, leaving one man dead and another facing murder charges. Kelvin Alston, a 33-year-old male, was discovered by Prince George's County Police officers inside his car on the 2300 block of Brooks Drive at approximately 3:05 a.m. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
