Maqi Darden, a 19-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, was found dead on July 31, 2020, at approximately 10:37 a.m. His body was discovered at the 3700 block of South Hanover Street in Baltimore. The cause of death was determined to be a shooting. This tragic incident added to the alarming number of homicides in Baltimore for the year 2020, which saw a total of 337 lives lost to violence.
