James Ellerbe, a 24-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on December 10, 2020. Ellerbe was found shot in the 3000 block of East Madison Street around 4:26 p.m. on that day. Responding to a Shot Spotter alert, police officers discovered Ellerbe suffering from gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
