Shawn Hickman, a 22-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was shot and killed on May 17, 2015, on the 1700 block of North Carey Street. The incident occurred in a neighborhood that has seen its fair share of violence, and Hickman was found to be a victim of a shooting that night.
