Zaire Saiyan Winter Drake-Cummings, a 19-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on March 9, 2021, in a shooting incident in Milford Mill. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. near the intersection of Rolling Road and Church Lane. Zaire was one of two individuals shot during the incident; he succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while the other victim was transported to a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the lower body.
