Stephen Phillips, 35, male, was fatally shot on the night of October 20, 2025, in Northeast Baltimore. Police were called just after 10:27 p.m. to the 1000 block of Cameron Road in the Cameron Village/Chinquapin Park–Belvedere area, where officers found Phillips and a 31-year-old woman wounded by gunfire inside a car. Phillips was rushed to a hospital and pronounced dead the same day, while the woman survived her injuries.
