Davon Barnes, a 20-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on September 12, 2021. The incident occurred at approximately 11:52 p.m. in the 3000 block of East Monument Street. Barnes was one of three individuals shot during this incident; the other victims included a 22-year-old male and a 15-year-old male.
