Byron Hagans, a 29-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot on November 11, 2021. The incident occurred around 7:52 p.m. in the 1900 block of Braddish Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Hagans suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital and listed in critical condition.
