On a tragic Thursday afternoon in June, the life of 30-year-old Joshua Robert Wallace was cut short in a senseless act of violence at his workplace in Smithsburg, Maryland. A hardworking employee at Columbia Machine, Wallace was in the company's break room when a fellow employee, 23-year-old Joe Louis Esquivel, opened fire on his colleagues.
