Tiya Adeshola Otugo, a 17-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on July 11, 2022. The incident occurred in Northeast Baltimore, where Tiya was found with a gunshot wound in the 2900 block of East 29th Street around 10:30 p.m. Despite being rushed to Johns Hopkins Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
