Nigel Arrington, a 24-year-old resident of Baltimore, MD, was critically injured in a shooting on August 10, 2022, while in the 5300 block of Eastbury Avenue. The incident left him a quadriplegic, and he spent over a year undergoing treatment and rehabilitation. Despite the efforts to support his recovery, Arrington's condition deteriorated, and he passed away on November 27, 2023. His death was subsequently ruled a homicide by the Medical Examiner's office on February 2, 2024.
