In the autumn of 2022, a violent act tragically cut short the life of Robert Taylor, a 31-year-old man from Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of September 26th, in the area of the 300 block of E Patapsco Avenue, Taylor was devastatingly shot in the neck. The grave nature of his injury necessitated immediate and intensive medical intervention.
