Dale Evonne Pressley Hall, a 45-year-old nurse from Columbia, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on July 10, 2002. She was a victim of a violent crime spree perpetrated by Quincy Jovan Allen, a serial killer who terrorized the region during the summer of 2002. Allen's crime spree began on July 7, 2002, when he attacked a homeless man, James White, in Finlay Park, Columbia.
