Dale Evonne Pressley Hall, a 45-year-old Black female, was a nurse from Columbia, South Carolina, whose life was tragically cut short on July 10, 2002. Her death was not an isolated incident but part of a violent crime spree that terrorized the region during that summer. On that day, she encountered Quincy Jovan Allen near an I-77 stop in Columbia. Allen, armed with a sawed-off shotgun, shot her multiple times in the head, face, leg, and stomach.
